Mark the Workforce Compensation spreadsheet as confidential

Summary:

We have a requirement where client wants to hide the 'Manage in Spreadsheet' option from the workforce compensation based on role, in order to prevent the saved worksheet to be shared offline.

Since this is not possible as of now, ew are currently exploring the option to mark the downloaded file as confidential at least. Please let me know if anyone might have come across any such requirement.
