How to hide the link in Performance evaluation doc that allows updating Goal weights

Summary:

While employee does evaluation, there is an option for them to update Goal weights within Performance evaluation document.

When they try to update goal weights, it's redirecting to approval of Goal plan and then employee need to again do Performance evaluation.This is leading to confusion. So, we would like to explore if we can avoid this by hiding the link which allows updating Goal weights.

We would like to hide the 2 sections highlighted below.

Please suggest if any one of you are able to achieve this in Classic UI.
