Shared With region shows multiple rows for an employee

Summary:

If a person with multiple assignments (inactive and active) is being shared a goal with, then the employee who shared the goal can see multiple rows.

This is very confusing for the user and is highly disrupting the user experience - especially since the feature is used by almost all employees in the organization.

Is there a fix to this?
