How to Configure Business Title pulldown on Add Time Card Screen

Summary:

On the "Add Time Card" screen we have a pull down for Business Title, as we have student workers who have multiple assignments. In our system our Person Name Formats are defined so that users only see their and others KnownAs value in most screens unless they are power users. This pulldown is not following the defined Person Name Formats. We use a Local Person Name Format for everyone but power users. The Global is limited to select users in HR/Payroll and does use FirstName preferentially over KnownAs.

I have searched high and low for a way to configure this. It's not in the LOVs in HCM Experience Design Studio.
