Unable to Add/Edit the Questions in Translation Editor

Summary:

Translation Editor is not editable after creating a Question.

Navigation:

My Client Groups —> Performance —> Questions —> Create a Question —> Save and Close —> Open Again and click on Translation Editor. The pop up comes and the questions are non editable.
