[Data Security Policy] Can a new primary key for data set be created?

Hi. Customer requires a role to give access to data of specific participants.

Exploring Data Security Policies I found the screen attached. If we could set the Primary Key Value to PARTICIPANT_ID or something like that, it would probably resolve our issue.

Also, for example in Data Set by Instance Set we have things like this:

"Incentive compensation participant can review incentive compensation transaction for themselves and the period enabled for reporting"

If we could somehow create a Instance Set that says

"Incentive compensation participant can review incentive compensation transaction for 'PARTICIPANT X' and the period enabled for reporting"
