HR specialists are unable to access and manage their own performance document

We're facing an issue where the HR Specialist is not able to access her own record.

She is a HR Specialist when she navigates to My Client Groups, > Performance > Performance Document > Select Performance Document and Search with her employee name or number, then no results are fetching.

However, when she searched for any other employee then the results are fetching.

Please help us find the root cause.
