when we get a new instance for oracle field service cloud, does it have predefined functionalities ?

we are about to get a new OFSC instance for implementation, we just want to clarify whether that new instance will have any predefined features/functionalities like standard admin/technician/dispatcher role, basic workflow, standard activities details and so on? Or we have to configure everything from scratch?
