Performance Improvement Plan Process

Summary:

We have belwo requirement from Business in PIP. Sharing the requirment below. Kindly let me know if the PIP process would support below requriment?

Checkpoint Review:

• For the checkpoint review, employee needs to complete a self evaluation and put in comments on each objective under a Review checkpoint 1 comments. He submits to line manager.

• In Line manager queue, line manager needs to put in his/ her comments for review checkpoint 1, and at the end of the review from a drop down choose if improvement is satisfactory or unsatisfactory.
  Satisfactory rating  PIP is closed and a notification reaches employee, PABP, and ER notifying that the employee has improved and removed off of PIP… etc. [Text will be shared with tech team].
