In Channel Revenue management we can configure the Approval Process for claim . To Monitor the Approval Process either by Approvers , IT Support Team or any other person what are the options available in Fusion claim ?
Currently Initiator can view Order management Tab ( Things to Finish) and IT can see from Transaction Console .
We would like to develop the custom report and view the Approval History from the Claim Document it self.
Please advise what are other options available
