Stop employees applying leaves for next year

Hi Experts,

Please suggest me a way to restrict employees from applying leaves for the next year from now. That is they must not be able to apply leave today(2024) for the year 2025.

Note : Absence start date validation already in use for condition restricting for previous month restriction validation.
