Issue extracting US Geographies from Timecard

Summary:

Our organization is facing an issue pulling the exact State, County and City from timecards as some cities share the exact same Vertex Code.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

for example "TX, Harris, Houston" shares the same code as "TX, Harris ,Kingwood"

Houston exists in timecard but not Kingwood

However, when we pull the data in a report the lines get duplicated because both cities have the same code effective at the same date and time.
