Very Quick questions on Compensation Plan Design
Dear Experts, we have 18 countries and it is becoming impossible to have one combined plan at the enterprise level.
Please help me answer these simple questions through your experiences.
- What is difference between ICP and Element entry which one is preferred ?
Is it not better to ask HR to allocate ICP through "Admin Compensation" instead of having to add elements manually ? - Disadvantage of having multiple WFC plans for each country instead of one enterprise level plan
a. There will be a lot of maintenance from Operations side
b. Rolling up and Reconciliation would be difficult
c. Cross country line managers and direct reports will make manager do duplicate work
