Work Pattern Template assign rules not working

Hi, experts, I am preparing a demo which shows the work pattern automatically assigned to the employee by rules, but after I set the rules (dimension is one department), I run the Process Event with parameter as Workforce Schedule, I still can't see the work pattern in the worker Work Pattern page, I try to check the log, can't find out anything, could anyone give me some suggestions? thanks!
