Submission Date of Self-Assessment in the Performance Document

I would like to know if it's possible to view the submission date of an employee's self-assessment within the Performance Document.

Alternatively, is there any other way to track the submission date of the self-assessment apart from a report?

Any insights on how to view this information would be greatly appreciated!
