OTL Approval shows Position name as a numeric ID not the Position name

In the OTL Timecard Approval Notification although the Position within the Person information shows the position name, in the Reported time by entry date the Position name is showing a numerical position ID. Is there a way of amending this to show the Position name for easier identification?
