How to create an Approval rule if Time entered for Regular Hours is greater than 12

Hi All,

We have a requirement to send approval to 2nd Level manager if the time entered for Regular Hours is greater than 12 hours on a day.

I have verified the attributes available on the approval rule and tried below but no success.

(ApprovalTimeRecordGroup.Payroll Time Type == "Regular Hours") AND (ApprovalTimeRecordGroup.measure > 12)

Has anyone had the same requirement? How can we achieve this ?
