We are in the process of creating an Anytime Feedback document and require the following functionalities:

  1. A restriction where the manager should only be able to select participants from their direct reportee list or hierarchy.
  2. Ensuring that the participants added by the manager are mandated to complete the evaluation in the Anytime Feedback process.

Could you please confirm if there is any existing functionality or workaround in Oracle Fusion to configure these requirements?
