Unable employee edit and delete absence after aproove

Hello,
Is there a way to prevent employees from editing or canceling an absence after it has been approved, specifically within a 45-day period before the absence begins?
We've already tried configuring core settings, fast formulas, and page composer, but haven't had any success.
Has anyone implemented this configuration before and could provide some assistance?
