Following 24d update, comments missing in time card

Hi,

Prior to 24D update, comments could be added to time card by 'right clicking' and selecting 'Add comment', there was also a comments icon top left of time card.

Following our update to 24D, we noticed that this functionality had been removed for all HCM groups. We found this post -

which resolved the issue for 4 of our 5 HCM groups, we still have one group unable to access comments.

Any suggestions please?
