Error Using Docusign for Contract During Pending Worker Stage (PER-1532314)

Summary:

I have configured Docusign for signing of contracts that are presented using journeys checklist task when the candidate becomes a pending worker. The signing is done by the pending worker and though they will have a personal (Home) email address, no Work email address has been defined at this point, and Oracle requires a Work Email Address, set as primary for Docusign to work. Below is the message that is produced

You can't electronically sign the document because your personal info doesn't have a valid work email. Contact your HR representative. (PER-1532314)

When a personal Work Email Address is inputted, the Docusign process works.
