Want to add a description text for each section of the performance document

Summary:

We have a requirement to add a Help text or a description text for each section of the Performance document. Can someone please guide on how can we achieve this? Example of the help text for Goals section:

"As part of the Evaluation, it is time for us to review our Goals for 2024, reflect on our achievements and learnings, and outline strengths and development needs in order to discuss our impact in the role with our leader."
