How to create organization goal in Redwood

Hi All,

May i know the steps to create an organization goal in the redwood page.

To create an organization goal, these conditions need to be fulfilled:

1-Your administrator needs to enable the HRG_ENABLE_ORGANIZATION_GOAL profile option.

2-You need to have the Manage Performance Goal for Organization privilege.

To create an organization goal, you create a goal in your Goals page, and then select the Publish this goal with your organization check box.

 

I have checked in the system and all the above 2 points are already enabled in application.

1-Still Publish this goal with your organization check box is not showing in goal creation page by admin/employee. Unable to find in VCSB as well. If you have any steps/document then please share.
