Delegation is not working for Performance document approval email

Summary:

Hi Team,

Even though there is an active delegation rule is there for the user, still receiving the Performance document approval email and notification.

We dont want any email notiifcation sent to users who have active delegation in system for Talent Category. Please let us know if there is any additional setup required other than Delegation.
