Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Project and Person BU mismatch

Summary:

In Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), employees cannot enter time for projects belonging to a different Business Unit (BU) when their own assignment (at person level) is tied to another BU.

Do we know how we can fix this mismatch in OTL module without changing person/resource BU in HCM or adding new BUs (matching BUs at project and person level) at project level?
