Error You can't submit an absence in effect after the worker's termination date. (ANC-3405102)

We have made a global transfer for the employees in Serbia from one Legal entity to another in the same country.

Before that we were able to record absence records correctly, but after the global transfer we keep receiving the following error:

You can't submit an absence in effect after the worker's termination date. (ANC-3405102)

But the employee is active in the new legal entity in the dates where we are trying to record the absence.

The absence type is not linked to any absence plan.

Any reason why we could be getting that error?
