Redwood Last step performance document : error message for the line manager

When the manager tries to submit the last step of the performance document (during Final Feedback manager or Confirm review meeting held), an error message appears "Error response during RestAction"

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

As line manager when going to My Team > Performance > Evaluate performance, click on the name of the performance, if this the last step of the performance document, an error message appear, all our performance documents are in error.

We have tested with the seeded's role > The error message is still there,
