We have a requirement to sent customer statement in excel format to Invoice.

Summary:

We would like to send a pdf of the invoice and Excel of the backup.  Presently we are sending a single pdf file that contains both when sending invoices to the customer. The backup data had to be compressed to the point that it is difficult to read when there is a significant amount of data.  Customers are also wanting the excel format so that they can sort, filter, and massage the data to serve their needs.
