Hide the Goal Section on Self Review

Hello, Good day!

Our performance document setup does not require employees to provide ratings for their goal section during the Self-Review. However, the manager is required to provide a rating and share it with the employee.

Currently, the goal section is visible to employees during the Self-Review, which causes confusion.

Is it possible to hide this section during the Self-Review process and only make it visible once the line manager shares the performance document?
