Return to Employee Notification in Performance Management

Hello All,

When the Line Manager Evaluates the Performance document, there is an option to Return to Employee in Performance Document. In our case no notification is triggered in case the Line Manager sends the document back to Employee. I have checked the Talent notification section but could not find the same option. Any idea how to enable the notification.
