Anytime feedback has manager role added

Hi

Anytime feedback is the document which is Initiated by employee and manager both however we only have added Manager and Participant role, we can find the respective employees eligible for Anytime Feedback document but the same is not reflected in Manager Performance tab if Anytime Docs is selected in Manager performance tab what could be the possible reason
