Effective date not increment in calulate accruals and balances scheduled process

Hello ,

I create scheduled process "calculate accruals and balances" to be calculated daily and i set increment effective date checkbox ,

But when the process run it keeps the effective date fixed not changed ,

For example as shown below :


Effective date remains 16/12/2024 although the scheduled time is 17/12/2024 and i checked "increment effective date"
