Need info on how to sync the existing leave entries into plan entries table after new plan creation

Summary:

  • For Italy, we had a Parental Leave which is Absence Type, no absence plan was attached to it

    We are using a table - ANC_PER_ABS_PLAN_ENTRIES to split absence entries into month wise in our custom query, 
    where as Italy parental does not have absence plan attached, so table does not have any leave data for that leave type.

    So, I have created a new qualification Parental Plan for Italy and attached to the absence type. 
    But, how to sync the existing absence entries into this database table. 
    Do we have any process that we can run to do this, else if there is any other way, please assist on this issue.
