Lock Performance Document during callibration

Hello, Good Day!

We would like to confirm whether it is possible to hard lock the performance document during the calibration stage. Although we have enabled the "Lock Manager Task," managers can still perform certain actions. We would like to disable these actions to ensure that no changes occur during the calibration stage.
