How can we default the Check-in template name on the Check-in page

Summary:

We have one Check-in template "XX Check-in Template" created for all employees across organization. In the responsive pages, when manager or employee click on "Add" to create the check-in document, the check-in template would default with check-in template name "XX Check-in Template". And based on that questionnaires and other sections shows up in the check-in page.

However, on the redwood page, "Check-in template" field is blank by default and employee or line manager has to select the check-in template first and then do the rest of the steps for check-in. As template is not selected by default, the questionnaires and other sections don't show up by default as well.
