Hello experts,

we have configured an approval workflow for the goal setting (line managers should approve all the performance goals that employees create in goal mgmt) together with a performance document with a goal synchronization. The problem is that if the performance document is already assigned to the employee but his manager hasn't yet approved the goal plan , the employee is not able to evaluate his goal plan in the document because the goal plan is still under approval/is still blocked. Therefore the requirement is to assign the performance document only if the goal plan has been approved. Does anyone have
