In PIM, machines are defined as ATO items and Included Warranty item is associated to the machine as Relationship. So that when the machine is shipped, and the installed base asset is created for the machine, the included warranty is created as part of the standard process.

In the covered level of the Included Warranty for each machine shipped, 2 lines use to appear. One for the Base Model and one for the *item.

But now in the covered level of the Included Warranty for each machine shipped, ONLY 1 line is appearing. Only the Base Model appears in the covered level. This affecting our customizations, which rely on the *item covered level line to pull the asset details. And the customer capture the Installed Date at the *item level, which is not getting cascaded to the Included Warranty Covered level dates.
