Goals tab is not showing for certain employees after using an EL Expression

Hello,

I've created a custom role and used that role in an El expression #{securityContext.userInRole[ROLE_XX']} where that role should only access Talent Management modules, the El expression is working fine with Performance, Talent Review and Succession Plan and the user is able to view and access them but Goals, Career Development and Profiles are still not showing, any idea why?
