Time entry rule for 1 month/1year

Need help on configuring timecard entry rule to calculate the maximum hours an employee can submit over a period.

For example a employee maximum TOIL can submit over a period is
- 2 hours/weekday
- 5 hours/week
- 12 hours/month
- 40 hours/year
