Can we mass change the performance document due date even if employee has completed it

Summary:

We are trying to adjust the due date for the G&C Q4 performance documents to the 31st Jan

 

We have managed to do one batch which was retail and care successfully, but the other one is failing which is the rest of the business.


Error in diagnostic log : Exception occurred while running MassUpdateDueDateForPerformanceDocuments
oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.RowInconsistentException, msg=JBO-25014: Another user has changed the row with primary key oracle.jbo.Key[300000815001856 ].
