Need assistance on Anytime Performance document

Hi Team,

As we are preparing for next year's Goals & Performance, we would like to utilize the Anytime document, to be able to do a mid year check in with ratings (for both Goals & Competencies), as well as at year end, where the document will contain the ratings (for both Goals & Competencies) from the mid year as well as the year end ratings (for both Goals & Competencies), and compiling them together in 1 document.

Also, in anticipation of this, would we need to handle setting up a Goal Plan same as we have done each year, or would it become a part of the process flow for the Anytime Document?
