Can timesheet user have two different timesheet layouts?

Hi,

We want to create two Time Layouts to assigned to one employee, these two layout sets with different time periods:

Like a user adds a time card with a weekly period for the first time, then this user adds another timecard with a monthly period for the second time, Is there any way to achieve it?

If Yes, Is there any cross check between 2 timesheet templates?
