Sales Order line Price Component Update REST API

Our requirement is to update the price components on Sales Order line. We have checked the following REST API Patch: /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/salesOrdersForOrderHub/{OrderKey}/child/lines/{linesUniqID}

Our questions are:

1. Does it create revision once we will update the price ?

2. If yes then is there any API that will not create revision on sales order ?
