Hide impact of loss from person

Navigation : My Team > Talent Rating > Select Person > Impact of Loss

We are not using Impact of loss, and we need to hide this section from Talent rating page. We are unable to do that, as there is no option in VBCS to hide. It looks like Risk of loss and Impact of Loss are tied together in the page.

Wanted to know how we can hide Impact of loss only on the page.
Any inputs around this will help.
(Note : We are using Redwood UI)
