Accessing dependent time attributes in time calculation fast formula

Summary:

We have configured a time layout component with a dependent field to capture the Department for costing purposes. While we are able to capture all attributes on the time card for an employee and are able to successfully transfer time entry data to payroll including costing department but we are encountering an issue as we are unable to access the dependent time attribute in the Time Calculation Rule Fast Formula.

Could you please provide any examples or guidance on how to access the dependent field in the Time Calculation Rule Fast Formula?
