After changed the Hire date of the employee absence balance getting vanished with all absence type

Summary:

I was changed the hire date of existing employee from date(26/Apr/2018) to date(1/Apr/198) in work relationship page.

Once changed the hire date absence balance showing zero. I have changed the enrollment date and ran the accrual balance process but still its showing zero balance.
