Mass Assign Performance Goals based on Objectives library

We have a large list of Performance Goals defined in the Objectives Library and we need to assign it directly to the Employees based on the definition of the Objectives.

For example we have set of Objectives for Finance Department Employees, another for Marketing and so on. How to auto assign them instead of adding them one by one to the Goal Plan.

Note: eBS used to have a similar functionality to assign the Objectives automatically based on the Eligibility Criteria linked to the Objectives in the Objectives Library.
