Summary:

Any user when trying to apply for paternity or maternity absence is only able to select the absence start and end DATES, and NOT able to select the absence start and end TIMES.
The absence duration automatically shows 8 hours duration for one day leave, which probably comes from the user's work schedule.

This behavior is not expected. It should ideally work like other absences (sick, etc) working in system where the user does get an option to select absence start and end TIMES. Please advise.
