OTL Time Card Scheduled Hours doubling

Hi Everyone,

We are encountering an issue with employees' scheduled hours doubling.

The employees' time entry and time processing profiles were switched to new ones with effective date as of Dec 23 2024.

In the week starting Dec 23rd , the scheduled hours in the timesheet (both daily and weekly) are doubled. For the following weeks they are back to normal (in line with work schedule assigned to the employees).

Thank you for letting me know if anyone has an idea on what else we can check.
