participant rating drop down not getting selected

Summary:

We have enabled participant feedback on our performance review. While remaining section which holds the same rating model is working as expected, participants ratings are not getting selected in the field.

When we click on the drop down the list of values are show, when selected, the value is selected, when clicked outside the value disappears.
